The railings around the Pedestrian refuge in the middle of the carriageway were badly damaged before Xmas by a car crashing into them.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The railings are completely wrecked and do not now provide any protection for pedestrians. Many children use this crossing on a daily basis. Does the council accept the risk if a child is injured here now due to its lack of care in replacing/ replacing the railings to this refuge promptly?
