Road Markings do not match Roundabout

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road/Lane markings coming up to roundabout to not match the markings on the roundabout. Drivers going straight on towards BMW Plant in middle lane are being encouraged to exit the roundabout in the RH Lane which is incorrect. Have witnessed multiple near misses. It can be very confusing and dangerous to newer drivers or drivers who don't know the area!
