Extremely large pothole

This pothole is extremely large and very dangerous It was reported over a week ago and yesterday …. Pointing out it was a cat 1 and Need fixing today !!!! There is now another pothole starting to form On the other side of the road and is covered by water If you let This get to bad the road will have to be closed Surprise surprise it was not repaired Please fix this asap ideally tomorrow as it is dangerous
