Keep Clear road sign needs re-painting

The Keep Clear white road marking requires re-painting as we are having issues where allotment holders cannot enter or struggle to exit the allotments due to cars parking over the Keep Clear sign. This is making it dangerous for cars exiting the allotment site as they cannot see traffic coming from either way on St Thomas Street.
