Pot hole and sunken drain

This pothole has a sunken drain in it and appears to have had previous works which have also broken away.. it was full of water on Friday 06th and couldnt be seen. It appears to have also been reported earlier in the week. I lost 2 tyres on friday evening due to it. it is 32inches x 28 inchs x 8 inches deep
