These drains all along Worcester Road Chipping Norton from the bottom of Worcester Road to Owen mum ford industrial estate are completely blocked and need emptying, also there is a manhole cover on the road which is overflowing with water constantly, and is starting to collapse, which is going to cause an accident soon. Plus numerous people walking are constantly getting soaked from the surface water due to the high traffic on this road.
