The dog poo bin has been moved from roadside/road level to up 7 steps. This is a dangerous position for a poo bin when holding a dog/dogs whilst requiring two hands to lift the lid and place the poo inside risking injury to owners and completely inaccessible to anyone disabled. It needs moving back to where it was.
