Hi this hedge at no 22 Churchill Road overhangs around 25% of the pavement, sometimes forcing pedestrians into the carriageway.

This is my third report on the same matter so perhaps, rather than me approaching my local councilor, you could consider a different approach other than simply writing to the occupier.
