Huge pot hole on busy roundabout and difficult to avoid

This pot hole has been here for ages but is getting worse. It measures approximately 50cm in diameter and guessing about 15-20cm deep. It is on the corner of a busy roundabout and difficult to avoid, particularly if turning left towards town. There are also lots of stone chippings on the road and pavement which have come from it.
