Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This sign (no access... residents only) has long been obscured by hoardings outside Frog Orange. St John's is ocnverting the building but the sign has been obscured for so long that lots of cars with no right of access are using the road as a rat run. Some drive very fast and the lectric ones can;t be heard. This is a danger for the many elderly relatives. We need a new much more visible sign please.
