Fairy recent pothole opposite Chipping Norton Theatre. Rapidly growing in size and filled with water that splashes onto the houses on the lower side of Spring Street each time a car passes (ie frequently).

This keeps the front of the properties permanently wet and is encouraging both damp in the properties and rot in their woodwork (windows and doors)
