Culvert blockage under road. South View House Flooded due to rain runoff in Nov 2024.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We were badly flooded Nov 2024. We have dug out our own ditches but culvert & ditches at South View Farm opposite us may be blocked. We reported culvert blockage in Nov 25 but told it may be cleared in 2 years? Our insurance claim was huge & reparations took 12months. We need help please. We don't have equipment to clear culvert.
