Hi Outside our property is a plastic cover that is broken in half. It’s been loosely placed back on but could be a trip hazard and an H & S safety concern. I noticed this while taking the bins to the end of the drive. Not sure how long it’s been like this. It’s located left of the path outside 46 Broad Oak, Headington, Oxford, OX38TS
