Pothole close to dangerous bend on A361

There is a large pothole on the A361 heading from the Chipping Norton direction towards Burford. This pothole is fairly close to the bend, which turns towards Chadlington and could potentially cause a serious accident

  • This pothole almost caused a serious accident this morning as the car in front of me (heading in the direction towards Burford) swerved to avoid the huge and deep pothole, crossing the road’s centreline into the path of oncoming traffic (which also had to swerve to avoid the car).
