Pavement damage

House is using the once grass verge as a crossing, this has ruined the verge and it’s spilling onto the pavement. School children are now arriving to school covered in mud and it’s very slippery! The councils needs to take action against this and hold the person driving the Land Rover responsible for the severity of damage what has occurred !
