Broken bridge and railing, 5yr temporary fence and sandbags cover pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This 'temporary' fence and sandbags have been in place for 5yrs. I have reported 3x and many others too. We have been told it is in planning but have seen no progress in years. It is the main walking route to Culham nursery and Europa school and makes this corner very dangerous
