Main Culvert under the Milcombe to Hook Norton road is partially blocked
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This North South Culvert under the road carries water from the stream to the west of the track which is the run off from land to the north. the partial blockage is causing water to run West along the North side of the road to a second culvert, also partially blocked resulting in flooded road and property
