Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This section of road is virtually impassable. It was allegedly fixed last year, but the temporary bodge-job has predictably failed. Craters, debris and piles of broken tarmac will cause a serious problem here. This may be a country lane, but it is a relatively well-used section of road. Need fixing properly, ASAP.
