These island Bollards were recently cleaned, Thank you however one of them is now ripped from its fixings, and is laid on its side, exposing the light fitting in the ground.

Hi. This is a legacy Library Google Photo,
HOWEVER, it looks exactly the same , but is the other bollard this time.
The bollard top, has become detached from its buried lighting base, and is toppled over.
The light fitting is exposed.
A44 traffic Island heading out of Chipping N orton, Just before the Primsdown/ Owen Mumford Junction.
