Drain cover - potential bike wheel trap

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the northbound side of Oxford Road where the cycle underpass leaves it, there is a drain cover with diagonal slots, installed with those slots pointing to the left.

Hence, bikes turning left from Oxford Road into the cycle path might pass over it along the slots, which is a potential bike wheel trap. It would probably be safer to turn it through 90deg so the slots point to the right.

I don't know how long it's been like this, as I only noticed it today. It's probably relatively low risk, as it's not in the middle of the bike path.
