More than 12 hours after rain stopped the pavement and road are still flooded

Blocked drain? This part of the road and pavement floods each time it rains. I have reported it before many months ago. And have seen reports from other people too. It may help if leaves were cleared up every autumn, rather than being left to break down in the road and be washed into drains.
