Broken drain causing flood

Reported via desktop in the Damaged Gully or Catchpit Ironwork category anonymously at 11:49, Wednesday 4 February 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Underneath the puddle in photo is a drain / gulley. Every time it rains a large puddle is formed and we are often unable to leave our property on foot or deliveries made to us without getting wet or climbing over the wall. Both are unacceptable. It hasn't rained for a while but you can see that there is still a large puddle which isn't draining away. After raining it completely covers our driveway. The gulley is either broken or completely blocked - either way could you please rectify. Thank you
