5 yellow forgotten No Parking cones

5 yellow cones with blue bases, have been left in a pile for very nearly a year now. I am a local barrowman, and often find these cones early mornings scattered in Wallingford Street. The time has come for their removal please. They can be found piled up next to the litter bin outside the shop on the corner of Wallingford St/Post Office Lane. They might have been used by a contractor on behalf of Thames Water in Wallingford Street. They serve no purpose now. I have asked various contractors in this area when I see them, if they know about these cones. No is always the answer!
