Spring arises beside road and runs down it

A spring rises on one side of the road and then runs down and across the road and down the side where it drains into a ditch. Where it runs down and then crosses the road it freezes in Winter making it very hazardous, but it also creates potholes and requires repeated road repair.

  • The spring is coming up through the road itself and through the growing pothole that is now there. Its getting worse.
