Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Defibrillator is being hit by passing vehicles as they are mounting the verge. It have just been refitted to the wall, after the last incident but indications show it is still in danger. The loss of use of this Life Saving Equipment due to it being crashed into again, maybe a serious matter.
