Investigating
Fallen tree branch sticking into road.

Avoiding potholes, driving slowly at night on Jan 31st, 2026, we were hit by a horizontal tree branch infringing the road space, on the left going downhill. Notably during daytime, many other trees, covered in ivy, look vulnerable to falling when the strong winds come. We suffered a deep car door scratch from the infringing branch, for which we will get a quote for repair. It is difficult to get a photo of it due to the dangerous nature of this hill, with no sidewalks. Perhaps someone needs to analyse the trees that will soon fall and cause injury?
