Damaged verge, mud on carriageway

Why are the people (boaters) who are illegally parked allowed to continue to damage the verge and drag mud onto the carriageway with their vehicles. This is going to cause a serious accident one day. The parking of cars here and the owners driving on the cycle route has been reported many times over a number of years with no enforcement action being taken.

  • Is parking allowed here? It's a cycle path with no clear entry for cars. If not then the council need to patrol it and ticket them! It's won't be hard to find them as at any time of the day or night, cars are parked here.
