10 inch deep large pothole

A large deep pothole in the left down hill side of the road. Large chunks of tarmac have been dislodged and the pothole if continuing to enlarge and deepen. This is in addition to the very large pothole slightly further up the hill on the blind corner. From this point up to the main road junction the road has completely failed and is extremely rough and disintegrating.
