Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Just over 12 months ago this was fixed and now its starting to show a drop in road again, last time we ended up with a hole as wide as road , Thames water found it to be broken pipe, but we now have the start of a sink hole again in same area . we have just reported a drain blocked ref:8815505 and are unsure if its to do with this drain being damaged by roots or a different problem .
