Spoil from pot hole repairs not cleaned up

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The pot holes on the southbound dual carriageway have been repaired, thank you. However, the spoil that was dug out of the holes wasn't swept up and removed. For the last two weeks I, along with everyone else, have had my vehicle pelted with rocks and stones every time I have driven on this part of the road. Needless to say, it was only a matter of time, I now have a chip in my windscreen. Please can you sweep the southbound dual carriage way and 1/4 mile either side to pick up any loose debris.
