On the bend opposite Bell Lane there is a sign post on the bend, below that is a stone curb with a water access manhole.

It has dropped leaving the edge of curb sticking out. My neighbour clipped this an burts a tyre and I have also felt this in my car. More of a problem to those taking the corner tightly if a vehicle is coming to opposite way.
