Hi I presume it was the council that cleared the white lines on the edge of the road, in doing so they have just thrown it onto the path making it dangerous and unclear for anyone using a pushchair or wheelchair, they could have done a proper job and cleared the mess away rather than half a job of clear the road and block the pavement in the process, pretty lazy and disgusting of them
