Deep puddle almost always here at bottom of Williamson way parking spaces

Even days after rain has stopped we have to deal with very wide & deep puddle covering 2/3 parking spaces. It's so very unsanitary having standing waters with washed out litter mixed in. We have a number of families with little children / infants and also disabled residents/carers who drive here. Parking spaces are already limited so we are often forced to park over this foul water getting our shoes filthy.

Thank you for your report.
All storm drains link to main (storm) drains, which are maintained by Thames Water. Many of the storm mains are not large enough anymore for the capacity of water that can fall in flash flooding situations.
Once the mains are full no further water can be drained away, and can sometimes cause water to surcharge back up the gully causing puddles to form around the gully or drain.
Once it stops raining the storm main will slowly drain away meaning the current puddle will also drain away. If the issue persists once the rain has stopped then we can investigate further.
