Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported this issue before Christmas. I have just received a gas-lighting notification from fix my street to say the issue has been resolved resolved. It has not. The flags are still there and there are now many more across Didcot and Wallingford since I made my last report - not taking them down gives implicit permission to the flag erectors to keep doing so. Please remove these flags. They are very offensive
