Long deep pothole on Gidley Way

Large pothole on edge of road and footpath between 82 and 86 Gidley Way Horspath. Has been here for several months and it appears a resident? has put gravel in it which was a very slight improvement but this is now washing away and the hole gets worse each time its driven over.
