• Thank you for your report. This road undergoes monthly inspections. Any issues meeting our criteria would have been scheduled for repair. We appreciate your vigilance and encourage you to report any future highway concerns.

• Manor Road Bladon. It was pleasing to see that contractors have been instructed and arrived this morning.to fill the potholes. However, it is my opinion that they are not repairing them sufficiently well to make the repair permanent or long lasting. Note several of these have been repaired in the last year or so and to carry out the work in the same manner as before is not likely to be cost-effective. I noted that the debris was not cleared properly, the base of each pothole was not tamped down before the tarmac was filled and the tamac was not layered in the deep potholes, the edges were not made verticle with a saw to create a defined edge and good seal and then the edges were not taped. So I think we can expect a return and a further waste of money. I have to conclude that the same methodology has been adopted along the A 4095. I shall wait to see if I am right in time to come but anticipate that you might investigate in the meantime.

• This hole is still on the roundabout & is a hazard, as to avoid it you have to move into the outer lane. If hit by a motorcyclist in the dark it could cause a fatality. It is unacceptable that having been first reported on the 26/1/26 it still has not been repaired.
