Deep dangerous pothole

This pothole has been there for some time and today has caused damage to my car including two burst tyres which is going to cost over £600 to resolve including an emergency call out. This is extremely dangerous

    Lethal pot hole if you run into it on a motor bike or small car. over 300 mm wide and 250 deep x 1000 long Bollard has been there for several days. The road had been cut to lay giga clear cables . Usual shody reinstatement starts to break down with water entering and then freezing.
