Widespread flooding of road outside Mayfield Cottage every time it rains. Water not draining away from road and encroaching property boundary. Assume drain in road near far end of Mayfield Cottage is blocked.

Assume drain in road called ‘West End’ near far end of Mayfield Cottage is blocked causing accumulation of surface water every time it rains and flooding the width of the road in heavier downpours.
