A large section of the carriageway on the A417 is breaking up and filling with water.

The damage is on the left hand side of the road as you enter Wantage from Challow. The damage is in the wheel track of all vehicles and gets worse each day. When it fills with water, pedestrians get soaked as vehicles drive through it. Sections of the tarmac are now being thrown onto the edge of the carriageway and ono the pavement.
