Unauthorised parking = mud not grass

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Household parking overspill using grass on public path. It is now an unsightly mud area where once was grass. Please cordon off the grass and re-seed it. Has been reported by others before

    There an are still people parking on the grass verge. The grass has been very damaged and is now just hard mud
