No drainage which council incapable of fixing properly
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
No drainage on the railway underpass which makes it impossible for pedestrian access and unsafe for cars and cyclists. The council has repetitively said they have cleared the drain but the problem still occurs. This needs to be done properly - this has only been a problem for the last 2 years so it is possible to fix properly
