8 inch pothole on edge of road deepened by recent rain

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 16:18, Friday 23 January 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Pothole is on left hand side of road that crosses the golf course as you take the road out of Nuffield village towards the A4130. It is adjacent to the end of 20 signs and is exacerbated by fact drivers pull into side of the road when passing oncoming traffic as the end of 20 signs create a virtual or apparent chicane/narrowing of the road. It has been there for about a month made worse by recent rain

  • Despite almost a MONTH passing by this pothole has STILL not been attended to! Cars are still having to swerve into oncoming traffic and across an increasingly muddy verge! This needs to be fixed properly and sealed around the edges!
