Another large/deep pothole on Brick Kiln Ln
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 06:28, Friday 23 January 2026
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I drove home this way last night and hit a new, much larger dangerous pothole metres from the previous one which was filled recently. I can’t understand how it wasn’t dealt with at the same time. It’s deep, closer to the curb on left lane as you head to Henley Rd just under the A4074 bridge. Not easy to take photo as there is no easy path on this side.

This problem remains unaddressed as of 10 Feb and caused significant damage to my car's suspension last night which will require a garage to repair - it was dark and raining and the pot hole was not visible. The pot hole is around 1 m long by about 45 cm wide, is about 7-8 cm deep at the edge and a little deeper in the middle. This is quite a busy road and the size of the pothole is such that it will be very dangerous for cyclists and motorcyclists, as well as causing damage to many vehicles.
