Broken barriers

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are barriers, which are quite nice, sort of sturdy wooden barriers, which were put up to protect pedestrians, because cars don't respect the speed limit.

These barriers, for some reason, either rotted or broke or something, and they have been gone for almost 3 months now. They haven't been there, and these very, unsightly red plastic things are being kind of stacked up and not in a very efficient way.

Is there any sign of repair or something going on? It looks absolutely awful.
