Extremely large and deep pothole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Extremly large pothole, which is progressively getting bigger with the ground slowly collapsing underneath it, worsens with the rain and get flooded in the area of the pothole which is unavoidable when covered with water as location is unknown, it has blown 2 of my tyres at once today as it couldn’t be seen due to the water covering, which has lead to a bill of £413.78

    I have just been caught out by this pothole too. It was hidden by puddles and occurred at night time.

    Just written off two new tyres costing me £400 to replace. Will find out in the morning if the wheels have been damaged too. Was only driving at 30 mph.

    The pothole is still present and is getting much worse, I travel this road everyday to work, and since blowing both my tyres I have seen at least 9 other cars blow their tyres also. Since blowing my tyres also the pothole continues to get bigger and is becoming nearly impossible to avoid. This pothole is EXTREMELY dangerous measuring around a meter in length and at least a foot deep and continuing to get bigger. I fear that if the pothole is not repaired soon that a motor bike or cyclist passing this road may hit this pot hole it could cause extreme harm or be fatal
