Overgrown bush obscuring most of the footpath

There is a large overgrown bush that blocks all but perhaps 50cm of a 150cm wide path. This bush makes it difficult for limited mobility walkers to use the footpath, and the footpath is too narrow for two people to walk side-by-side, as they can in the remainder of the street. The blocked pavement is located in front of 18 Hawkswell Gardens, OX2 7EX. It has been there for more than a year. It was previously reported, but little has been done to remove it.

    These photos were taken on 27-02-26, more than 4 weeks after the previous photos. There has been no change in the overgrowth onto the pavement. It continues to materially affect less-abled walkers and other pavement users.
