Railings beside River Thame

The railings by the River Thame at the Asda car park are coming loose. They are not yet dangerous, but they are heading that way. I think that they need inspecting and repairing before becoming unsafe

The railings are firmly attached to a thick wooden plank, but this plank is now coming loose at the left hand end. The right hand end seems fine.

The top rail has been shifted to the left, leaving a gap in the middle.
