Various potholes starting to appear again

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Many over 40mm, these keep getting repaired and in a short time reappear again. Residents on the street are getting fed up with it. Larger area works are needed to fix this ongoing issue. The road has not been resurfaced in 30-40 years and is now constantly breaking down right next to where it has been repaired.
