Dead and Loose over hanging tree/branches

There are several ‘dead’ and ‘loose’ over hanging trees and branches which are now so low they are not only causing a safety issue for pedestrians on the pavement, but also parked cars, and are now protruding so much they are over hanging into the moving traffic. Should one become lodged into a moving vehicle I worry it could pull a lot more debris and possibly trees down in the process
