Pavement is breaking up

This damage has been here for more than 6 months. This is becoming a safety issue for my elderly parents who try to park as close to my property due to there mobility issues. The road and pavement are breaking up and it also floods. I reported this in January and it is not a simple matter of cleaning the road which was reported back to me. This damage to the road pavement and kerb stones is outside 23 Sellwood Road Abingdon Oxon OX141PE.
